Evaluation & implementation of systems

We have crafted a robust methodology to support evaluating and implementing essential business applications, including administrative systems, trading platforms, and related software. This approach encompasses templates for key project artefacts such as project plans, requests for proposals, evaluation models, and test plans. Since 1997, we have engaged with most vendors of core systems utilised in the South African Financial Services sector.

Design and execution of outsourcing arrangements

We have helped our clients design and implement a variety of operational models – e.g. to outsource aspects of services to third-party administrators and bring outsourced services back in-house. Our services include assistance with service provider selection as well as overseeing all aspects of the operating model implementation. This encompasses system integration, change management, process redesign, oversight models and the negotiation of contractual and commercial agreements.
